Every TSIA Mei-Ling order is handled with the same precision as the pieces themselves — intentional, secure, and traceable from our hands to yours.

📦 Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: Production typically takes 5–14 business days depending on complexity, materials, and design finalization.

  • Consultation-Based Orders: Production begins only after design approval and deposit. Estimated timelines are provided during your consultation.

🚚 Delivery Windows

  • U.S. Domestic: 1–3 business days via insured courier with tracking and required signature.

  • International: 3–7 business days via DHL Express or FedEx. Timing may vary based on destination and customs.

All shipments are fully insured, trackable, and require a signature upon delivery.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region and order total. Complimentary shipping is offered on qualifying high-value orders and select promotions.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for all applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price. Please check with your local customs authority for guidance before placing your order.

📬 Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for activation. Delays during transit are rare but may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

🔐 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update.

  • We will initiate an insurance claim and assist with replacement or eligible refund.

📝 Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. TSIA Mei-Ling is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

✖️ Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value jewelry.

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted in processing or delivery windows.

  • Slight delays may occur during launch periods or promotions — updates will be communicated.
