Begin your custom grill journey with a one-on-one consultation led by our signature high-end grill expert.
Sessions are held privately in Las Vegas or Hayward, with mobile and mail-in mold options available by request.
Your consultation includes:
• Personalized fitting or virtual coordination
• Material + finish selection (24K gold, VS+ diamonds, enamel, etc.)
• Creative direction + grill style blueprint
• Initial quote — complex or flooded sets may require follow-up
Consultation fee is credited toward your final piece.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a private link to purchase your mold kit (if not in person). Production begins once your mold is received and deposit is secured.

How it Works
Once you book your consultation, you’ll receive a short intake form to gather your custom design vision — including photo inspiration, metal preferences (24K, 18K, silver), size, and budget.
Our team will follow up with mockup options, pricing guidance, and a clear path to production. Every detail is built around you.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround for custom pendants is 2–4 weeks from deposit, depending on complexity and materials.
Rush orders may be available upon request. You’ll receive estimated delivery dates during your consult.
